Shipping Policy


Holii.in does not charge its customers any shipping. However, other shipping charges may apply unless specified on the product or on the website.

Octroi charges, wherever applicable, is prepaid by us and not to be borne by the customer.

It is our endeavor to ship all items in your order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Currently, each order shall be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place different orders.

We generally process & ship your order the next day from order booking and will reach you depending on the transit time to your destination. All the products ordered can be expected to be delivered on or before the promising date specified on the order confirmation page while placing the order

2.Some reasons why tracking information may not be available-

Technical issues due to which the tracking information is not updated on our or the courier services company's website.

 

Undelivered Orders

Orders can remain as not delivered or undelivered due to:

1. Incorrect address - if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

 

2. Failed delivery attempt - if the courier partner attempts the delivery but no one is available to receive the order.

3. Refused by recipient -if the order is refused by the recipient.

Shipping and delivery timelines:

1. The order shall reach you in 5-7 working days.

 

2. It may take longer on national holidays due to unavailability of staff.

Tracking Shipments

You can track orders using our website to find the current status of your order or using the AWB number provided by our courier partner.

Shipment status will be updated in during the following events:

1. Order approved: order has been successfully placed

 

2. In process: the product(s) from the order no (xxxxxxxx) are ready to be shipped.

3. Shipped: the product(s) from the order no (xxxxxxxx) are handed over to the lsp partner

4. Delivered: the product(s) from the order no (xxxxxxxx) are successfully delivered.
